Where is my data?

Everything lives in a private database on your device. Pouch has no account and makes no network requests — see the privacy policy.

How do I export my data?

Profile → Export data (or the ⋯ menu on the Today screen → Export). Your full history is handed to the iOS share sheet as CSV or JSON.

How do I remove the sample data?

Pouch seeds a few sample entries on first launch so the app isn't empty. Open Profile → App guide and choose Start fresh on the last page — the samples are removed and your own entries are kept.

What happens if I delete the app?

All data is permanently deleted with it. Export first if you want to keep a copy.
